I’m a personal trainer and running coach based in Upminster. I’m a long-term runner, hiker and mountaineer and am at my happiest when I’m outdoors and exercising in the fresh air.
I love working with people to help them meet their fitness goals and aspirations. Alongside coaching runners of all abilities I specialise in helping people to achieve long-term sustainable fat loss and improved all-round fitness.
My approach
Everyone is an individual and there is no such thing as a one-size fits all approach to exercise or weight loss. I therefore treat every single one of my clients as an individual, designing a truly personalised programme that will enable them to achieve their goals in the way that ultimately works best for them.
I spend time getting to know a client before putting a plan together and make sure that I have a full understanding not only of their end goal, but also of their routine, preferences and habits. This enables me to create a programme that is easy to follow, maintain and complete, ultimately supporting them to hit their goal with as little disruption to their day to day lives as possible.

My experience
Running
I have been running daily for 15 years and am experienced in training for races and endurance events. I have helped many people prepare for their first race and have dedicated programmes available for runners of any experience level.
My personal achievements include:
10 Full marathons (including 3x London Marathon) – PB 3:16
50+ Half marathons – PB 1:34
10K PB 0:39:54
5K PB 0:18:35
Endurance
I have completed many multi-day long-distance running and hiking challenges and climbed some of the world's highest mountains. I can help you to boost your own fitness levels to achieve any endurance goal.
