Rather than focusing on an arbitrary number on the scales, I believe that the fundamental goal behind all weight loss is long-term improved health and wellbeing. My plans therefore place a greater emphasis on making simple lifestyle changes that will ultimately help you lose the excess fat that is holding you back.

I don’t believe in fad diets or fast short-term weight loss that’s impossible to maintain. Nor do I expect my clients to make dramatic changes and sacrifices that negatively impact your day to day life. Whatever your goal, I will work with you to create healthy eating habits to easily adopt a balanced diet that fits around your current lifestyle and dietary preferences.
I have been running daily for 15 years and am experienced in training for races and endurance events. I have helped many people prepare for their first race and have dedicated programmes available for runners of any experience level.
