Hey there! I’m a personal trainer and running coach based in Upminster. I’m a long-term runner, hiker and mountaineer and am at my happiest when I’m outdoors and exercising in the fresh air.
I love working with people to help them meet their fitness goals and aspirations. Alongside coaching runners of all abilities I specialise in helping people to achieve long-term sustainable fat loss and improved all-round fitness.
A good level of all-round fitness is crucial for a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. Low levels of activity have been proven to directly contribute to serious health problems, disease and lower quality of life, but it’s never too late to turn things around. Whether you have a specific fitness goal in mind, or just want to improve your overall wellbeing, I can design a programme that works for you.
With 15 years of running experience, I have helped many people prepare for their first race and have dedicated programmes available for runners of any level. So if you have signed up for your first charity race and don’t know where to start, or just want to improve your PB in your preferred distance, I will design a tailored programme to help you meet your running goals.
Weight loss will ultimately lead to improved health and wellbeing, but it is a difficult journey to embark on alone. I will work with you to make healthy, sustainable adjustments to your lifestyle to make long-term improvements to your overall health, to help you love your body once again.
