Gym-Based Personal Training

Structured Coaching in a Professional Gym Environment

For those who enjoy training in a gym setting, from February 2026, I will be offering gym-based personal training sessions at CXF Pumphouse in Rhos-on-Sea. This option combines personalised coaching with access to a well-equipped, motivating training environment.


Gym-based personal training is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy the structure and atmosphere of a gym
  • Want to focus on strength and performance
  • Prefer access to a wider range of equipment
  • Like a dedicated space to train away from home


Sessions at CXF Pumphouse are fully personalised and focused on your individual goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, weight management, or increasing confidence in the gym.


You’ll receive clear guidance, coaching, and support throughout each session, helping you use equipment safely and effectively while progressing at a pace that suits you. Training is one-to-one, so every session is built around you not a generic programme.


*No gym membership is required for taking part in personal training sessions.*
